1 General Terms & Conditions

Badbdt (badbdt.bet) is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and promotional offers on Badbdt. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Alongside these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Betting Policyare part of the same legal framework and apply equally.

Scope of Services

2 Account Registration

To register with Badbdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be closed at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts under the same name, address, email, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name provided when creating your account must match the name on your payment method.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Badbdt is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
• Transferring or selling account credentials is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & KYC

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with Badbdt. Betting by minors is strictly prohibited and Badbdt takes this very seriously.

KYC Verification Process

Know Your Customer (KYC) is an internationally recognised identity verification process. KYC verification is mandatory on Badbdt for withdrawals or when placing bets above a specified amount.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submitting the required documents. Submitting false or forged documents will result in immediate account termination.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Badbdt supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. All financial transactions are completed through encrypted connections.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• No extra charges on deposits — every amount you send goes directly into your account.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within seconds.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met.
• If fraud is suspected, Badbdt may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

5 Bonus Policy

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet a wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus claims have a set expiry period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or arbitrage — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Badbdt. Ignorance of these rules is not accepted as a valid excuse.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash-out feature is active.
• In the event of an odds error, Badbdt reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the corrected odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• For live betting, odds may change due to internet latency — Badbdt is not responsible for such delays.
• Placing two opposing bets on the same event (covering) is prohibited.

Maximum Win Limit

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Badbdt platform in order to keep it fair and safe for everyone. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Betting using insider information (including match fixing).
• Using Badbdt for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform for personal gain.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Helping a minor create or access an account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Badbdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months).
• When required to comply with a court order or regulatory authority directive.

Account Closure by User

9 Responsible Betting
